Returns and Refunds Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from OneOff Boutique LLC through oneoffbtq.com.

 

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unused, with original tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Underwear, lingerie, bodysuits

• Swimwear with removed or tampered hygiene liner

• Socks, tights, stockings

• Earrings or pierced jewelry

• Beauty products, fragrances, or candles if opened

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email contactus@oneoffbtq.com. Your email must include your order number and specify the item(s) you would like to return. 
Please allow 1 business day for our customer service team to respond.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping Costs

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, OneOff Boutique LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

For returns requested due to a change of mind, sizing preference, or personal preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must email us within 1 day of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Please allow 1 business day for our customer service team to respond.

Return Condition Compliance

All returns must arrive in original condition.
If a returned item is received damaged or worn, the return will not be approved, and a photo will be provided for your records.
